Lemon Cream Pockets


Ingredients: SNAXX Pastry Mix, cream cheese, lemon zest, sweetener

Method:

  1. Mix 1/4 cup cream cheese, 1 tsp lemon zest, and 1 tbsp sweetener.

  2. Roll pastry and cut into squares.

  3. Add 1 tsp filling, fold over, and seal edges.

  4. Bake at 170°C for 12–15 minutes.
