When will my order be sent?
We expect all orders to be sent that business day or the next business day of order being placed. Except for Fridays as no orders leave on this day. All orders placed on Thursday will be sent on Monday. If there are any delays we will email you immediately.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery in Australia: 2-9 business days
Standard delivery to International: 3-10 business days
On receipt and full payment of an order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout to confirm your order.
Where's my confirmation email?
If you did not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of successfully placing your order then you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Another reason you may not have received the email is if your ISP flagged our confirmation email as spam. All confirmation emails are sent from email@example.com
Please contact us by phone or email with your full name and order number and we will confirm your order.
Please note - if you provide the incorrect address on your order we we will do everything in our endeavour to have the parcel redirected to the correct address. Unfortunately we can not offer a refund or replacement for incorrect addresses provided
Cancellation of orders must be notified to SNAXX immediately. To cancel an order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once goods are dispatched, cancellation of an order cannot be effected.
SNAXX will endeavour to ensure that products displayed on the Site are available. However, we cannot guarantee stock availability. As such, SNAXX will not be liable for stock unavailability or for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages from loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, due to stocks being unavailable for purchase.
Customer satisfaction and service is of great importance to us here at SNAXX. If you are dissatisfied in any way with any of our products or services please feel free to email us at email@example.com If any of our products are found to be damaged or different from what you ordered, you may request a refund in which your order is returned to us along with a copy of your purchase receipt for a full refund or replacement.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note re do charge a 5% restock fee for change of mind or cancellation of your order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All items are sent from our head office in Brisbane, QLD. We endeavour to process orders within 24 hours and aim to have items delivered to you asap from your order submission.
We will contact you immediately of your order submission if any items are either out of stock or otherwise unavailable, to discuss alternative arrangements.

SNAXX will endeavour to track the status of the delivery and advise you accordingly. If your goods are lost in transit, SNAXX will replace the item(s) and re-deliver at no cost to you. SNAXX reserves the right to investigate the nature of the non-delivery before agreeing to replace the item and re-deliver at its cost. If non-delivery is due to an incorrect delivery address provided by you, SNAXX will not be liable for the cost of replacing or resending the goods to the correct address.
SNAXX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages from loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, resulting from non-deliveries.
Goods that are damaged in transit or upon delivery must be notified to SNAXX at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days on receipt of goods.
SNAXX will replace damaged goods and re-deliver at no cost to you. SNAXX however reserves the right to investigate the nature of the damage before agreeing to replace the item and re-deliver at its cost.
SNAXX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages from loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, resulting from damaged goods.
Goods that are defective upon delivery must be notified to SNAXX at email@example.com within 7 days on receipt of goods. SNAXX will replace or repair defective goods and re-deliver at no cost to you. SNAXX however reserves the right to investigate the nature of the defect before agreeing to replace or repair the item and re-deliver at its cost.
If goods are found to be defective, return freight charges will be borne by SNAXX. SNAXX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages from loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, resulting from defective goods.
Please note: If goods are found to be not defective on return, the cost of the return and re-delivery will be chargeable to you.
