Shipping & Returns
When will my order be sent?
We try to get orders out as quickly as we can and we will usually have your order posted within 48-72 hours of placing your order except on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
All orders placed on Thursday will be sent on Monday (unless it is a public holiday).
If we do have any delays, we will let you know ASAP.
Your order will be sent express we don't guarantee next day. It simply means your order will be sent express.
We use the most cost effective way to send your order with no signature required. If you wish to have sent via Australia Post please select and pay for Australia Post Shipping as we do not always use Australia Post for shipping. If you need to sign for it please select Express Shipping with Signature.
We do anticipate your order to be received by you within 7 days.
Remote, WA, NT, SA or Tasmania may take longer. This is just a guesstimate for the postage and is not a guarantee that it will arrive within this time frame.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery in Australia: 2-9 business days
For WA, NT or remote orders please allow up to 3 weeks and in some cases longer.
Standard delivery to International: 10 -21 business days
On receipt and full payment of an order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout to confirm your order.
Where's my confirmation email?
If you did not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of successfully placing your order then you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Another reason you may not have received the email is if your ISP flagged our confirmation email as spam. All confirmation emails are sent from email@example.com
Please contact us by phone or email with your full name and order number and we will confirm your order.
Please note - if you provide the incorrect address on your order, we will do everything in our endeavour to have the parcel redirected to the correct address. Unfortunately we can not offer a refund or replacement for incorrect addresses provided
Cancellation of orders must be notified to SNAXX immediately. To cancel an order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once goods are dispatched, cancellation of an order cannot be effected.
SNAXX will endeavour to ensure that products displayed on the Site are available. However, we cannot guarantee stock availability. As such, SNAXX will not be liable for stock unavailability or for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, damages from loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, due to stocks being unavailable for purchase.
Customer satisfaction and service is of great importance to us here at SNAXX. If you are dissatisfied in any way with any of our products or services please feel free to email us at email@example.com If any of our products are found to be damaged or different from what you ordered, you may request a refund in which your order is returned to us along with a copy of your purchase receipt for a full refund or replacement.
Restocking fee of 5% is applicable for all items returned.
If you’ve changed your mind
We will not provide a refund where you have changed your mind about products purchased from SNAXX or taste disappointment.
We will happily provide an exchange where you have changed your mind about a product purchased from SNAXX provided that the product:
- is returned to us within 30 days of purchase with your order number.
- Ordered products must be returned in the original packaging which is still intact.
- We cannot accept any products which have been opened, used, or partially used eg (you have used one packet out of 2 pack box) or if the packaging is damaged or defaced in any way.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your item has been returned and approved for a refund, we will process your refund back to your original payment method and you will be notified by email.
Please be sure to cover any necessary return postage and make sure you pack your return securely to avoid any damage in transit.
