Keto Apple Pie Cups


Ingredients: SNAXX Porridge Mix, zucchini (peeled and diced), cinnamon, sweetener, butter
Method:

  1. Peel and dice 1 cup of zucchini into small cubes.

  2. In a saucepan, add zucchini, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1 tbsp sweetener.

  3. Simmer over medium heat for 10–12 minutes until soft and apple-like. Let cool.

  4. Prepare SNAXX Porridge Mix with less liquid for a thicker texture.

  5. Layer porridge in small ramekins or jars, top with zucchini mixture.

  6. Optional: sprinkle extra cinnamon on top. Chill or enjoy warm.
