Cinnamon Sugar Scrolls
Ingredients: SNAXX Pastry Mix, butter, erythritol, cinnamon Method:

Roll out prepared pastry into a rectangle.

Spread with melted butter, then sprinkle with a mix of 1 tbsp erythritol + 1 tsp cinnamon.

Roll up from the long edge into a log.

Slice into scrolls and place on baking tray.

Bake at 170°C for 10–12 minutes until lightly browned.
