Cinnamon Sugar Scrolls


Ingredients: SNAXX Pastry Mix, butter, erythritol, cinnamon Method:

  1. Roll out prepared pastry into a rectangle.

  2. Spread with melted butter, then sprinkle with a mix of 1 tbsp erythritol + 1 tsp cinnamon.

  3. Roll up from the long edge into a log.

  4. Slice into scrolls and place on baking tray.

  5. Bake at 170°C for 10–12 minutes until lightly browned.
