How to Make Your SNAXX Keto Custard:

  1. Prepare:
    You will need:

    • 10g of melted butter

    • 70g of thickened cream

  2. Make:

    • Measure out 30g of SNAXX Keto Custard Mix into a separate bowl.

    • Heat the cream in the microwave (900W) for about 40 seconds until hot, or heat on the stove over medium heat until warm.

    • Slowly pour the hot cream into the dry mix while whisking to remove any lumps. Add the melted butter and whisk quickly until smooth.

  3. Heat:

    • Microwave: Heat on high for another 15 seconds. Do not overheat.

    • Stovetop: Return to medium heat for about 30 seconds, stirring to ensure it doesn’t overheat.

Ok - STOP! Totally delish. This also makes the best ICE-CREAM!

I blended mixture 60g frozen sour cherries, 120ml Fresh Cream and 2 packets of Keto Custard - just blitzed it all together and popped in the freezer for 3 ish hours - So creamy! It made two portions. - probably could have gotten 4 portions out of it - but was too tasty to leave for another time!
