HOW TO MAKE YOUR PARMIGIANA:

 

Ingredients

  • SNAXX Crumb Mix
  • Chicken Breasts
  • Low Carb Tomato Paste
  • Ham
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese

Method

  • Cook your SNAXX Crumb Mix on the chicken as per instructions.
  • Preheat your oven to 180 °C.
  • Layer the tomato paste onto your chicken until covered.
  • Place your ham on top of the tomato paste until covered. 
  • Add your mozzarella and parmesan cheese and cover the chicken generously.
  • Place your chicken into the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Then, enjoy!
