One Minute SNAXX Pastry  - 20g only (half a packet)

One Minute SNAXX Pavlova - 1 packet

One Minute SNAXX Chocolate  - 10g only (about 1/3 of a packet)

Preheat oven to 150 degrees

Make Pavlova as per instructions on package. Set aside

Pastry - Melt 20g of butter and add 30g of cream cheese (melt cream cheese separately to butter approx. 10 secs).

Mix 20g of the pastry mix in the melted butter & cream cheese. Mix well.

Fold the Pavlova mix into the pastry mix and make sure it is mixed in.

Divide the mix into three in a muffin tray

Place on oven for approx. 15 minutes.  Remove from oven and let cool.

Mix 10g of chocolate mix with 10 -15g of melted butter, then add about 20ml of cream and mix well.

Cut the eclairs in half and add double dollop cream or whipped cream. Add the chocolate on top of the eclairs and place in fridge to set.
