How to make your SNAXX Pavlova:

To prepare your Pavlova you will need:

  • 1 large egg white (must be at room temperature)
  • Baking paper
  • Electric hand beater


Crack: Carefully break an egg and strain the egg white into a small clean bowl, taking care not to break the egg yolk.

Mix: Using the electric beater, mix for approx. 1 - 2 minutes. If you turn the bowl upside down it should not move.

Mix: Empty contents of the pavlova mix into the bowl with the egg white and mix for 20 seconds. Make sure you tap the beaters to get all the mixture off.

Form: Spoon pavlova onto the baking paper into a circle or desired pavlova shape and pile it high than wide. Smooth sides and top of the pavlova.

Cook: Place in the oven and turn the oven back to 90°C for 30 minutes or until pavlova is dry to the touch. Turn the oven off and leave for a further 15 minutes in the oven. Please note all ovens vary, so adjust cooking times to suit your oven.

Serve: Allow to cool down before adding cream. Add your favourite toppings with cream and enjoy!

Another of my favourites. I put Coconut Yoghurt on top and then diced Strawberries . Certainly settles the sweet tooth after dinner

I must say I left this beauty in the cupboard for a little while before I tried it but I don’t know why. It is delicious I wish I had tried it earlier. Custard is usually my favourite but I think that is now replaced. Just delightful!
