Ingredients:
Cheesecake Mix -Whey Protein Concentrate, Milk Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Fractions, L Glutamine, Lactase Enzyme, Flavouring, Gelatin, Sweetener (Sucralose <1%), Erythritol, Organic Stevia Glycosides (0.56%), Xanthan Gum.
Base Mix - 100% Almond Kernels (that have been blanched), Erythritol, Organic Stevia Glycosides (0.56%).

How to make your SNAXX Mini Cheesecakes:
To prepare your Mini Cheesecakes you will need:
- 30g melted butter
- 50g cream cheese
- 50g thickened cream
- 3 Muffin/Cupcake patty pans
Base Mix:
Mix: Empty contents of the base mix into a bowl. Add melted butter and mix well. Place the base mix in the base of each muffin/cupcake patty pan, pressing down firmly.
Cheesecake Mix:
Melt: Heat cream cheese in the microwave (900w) for 15 seconds or allow to sit at room temperature until it is easy to mix.
Mix: Mix cream cheese, cream and cheesecake mix in a bowl and mix well, removing any lumps. Now, divide the cheesecake mix between the three muffin/cupcake patties, adding onto the top of the base mix.
Mix: Place in the fridge for approximate 15 minutes or until set. Enjoy!
