To prepare your Protein Balls, you will need:
60g of melted butter
Mix - Empty contents of this pack into a large bowl. Add melted butter and mix well.
Make - In the palm of your hand make 6 -8 round balls - approx 20g each.
Chill - Place in Freezer for 15 minutes. Store in fridge for best results.
