How to make
Cheese
Empty contents of this pack into the bowl. Add water. Mix the ingredients in a circle. Use your palms to make it into a ball (this can be messy).
To make your pastry shape: roll the pastry out in between two sheets of baking paper.
Cook: in the oven at 180C until cooked.
To make a pie: use a pie tin, keep a 1/4 of the pastry aside, roll out the 3/4 of pastry in between two baking paper sheets and place in pie tin. Add your cooked pie ingredients. Roll out the remaining 1/4 and place on top. Place in the oven at 180C for 10 -15 minutes.

This is the simplest fathead dough you could ask for. Much easier than making the dough from scratch but just as consistent and tasty. Ingredients are very straight forward, but I'm always a little suss about powdered egg. Still, great taste, great workability, great crust and an overall terrific product that you can try a myriad of fillings with.
I made a tasty beef mince and gravy then popped it in a little enamel dish. Made the pastry and laid it on top. Worked a treat. Tasty and crunchy. Thinking next time I may wrap it around a cooked sausage to make pigs in blankets.
