How to make your SNAXX Custard:
To prepare your Custard you will need:
- 10g of melted butter
- 70g of thickened cream
Make Empty one of the sachets into a bowl. In a separate bowl, heat cream in the microwave (900w) for approx. 40 seconds or until hot or for stove top heat cream and butter on medium heat until hot.
Mix: Pour the hot cream into the dry mix slowly and whisk removing all lumps. Add the melted butter and whisk again quickly, making a smooth texture.
Heat: If using a microwave heat on high for another 15 seconds. Do not overheat.
for the stove top return back to medium heat for approx 30 seconds. Do not overheat.

I've loved trying out the range on offer. My favourite is the porridge and I always make sure I have some on hand. I suffer from IBS and have sensitivities to other foods so this range has been a fantastic alternative. Everything is super easy to prepare with minimal ingredients. So many other products on the market taste gritty or bland but not these products. I also like the fact that the base of each product is versatile, just add a few extra toppings and presto, you have a fantastic meal or snack.
