One Minute Crepe


Single Serve Yummy Crepe, made in under a minute!

Completely Keto Friendly, Low Carb, High Protein and Gluten Free!


Ingredients: 100% Almond Kernels (that have been blanched), Pure Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC), Flavouring, Sweetener (Sucralose <1%), Erythritol, Xanthan Gum. Whole Egg Powder & Salt.

How to make your SNAXX Crepes: (makes 2)

To prepare your Crepes you will need:

  • 15g of Cream Cheese
  • 40ml of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • Butter for frying

Mix: Empty one of the sachets into a food processor, add cream cheese and almond milk. Puree until smooth and well combined.

Fry: Using a fry pan over medium-low heat. Add just enough butter to the pan to lightly coat it. Once hot, add a few tbsp of the crepes mixture to the pan and swirl or spread into a thin layer.   Cook until edges are cooked and can be loosened with an egg flip.

*TIP - Make sure you cook them slow

Loosen all the way around and then lift one edge gently and work egg flip underneath and flip and cook the other side until nicely golden brown.  Remove and place on baking paper.  Repeat the process until all the mixture has been used.  You may need to add a little more butter.

You can use baking paper to separate them

Finish: Plate your crepe and all your favourite toppings sweet or savoury. Enjoy!
