VANILLA BUTTERCREAM ICING

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1.5 cups sweetener
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  • Combine the butter, heavy whipping cream and vanilla in a bowl using a hand mixer.
  • In two batches, add in the sweetener and combine with the hand mixture until you achieve and even and uniform mixture.
  • Store in the fridge in a sealed container up to one week.

Cook your ONE MINUTE SNAXX CUPCAKE as per instructions, let it cool and add your icing.
